All orders will be delivered from the United Kingdom with Express Shipping by Royal Mail or DPD with tracking number enabling you to receive your items quickly and safely. The shipping fee will be shown upon check out. 

UNITED KINGDOM  1 - 2 business days

EUROPEAN UNION  1 - 2 business days

UNITED STATES & CANADA  4 - 10 business days 

REST OF THE WORLD  4 - 13 business days  

Please note:

We cannot be held responsible for any additional fees incurred at customs for international deliveries.

For international orders custom charges occur sometimes when an item arrives in its destination country. This is dependent upon the customs threshold for each country. Please check with your local authority for more information on this. 

PACKAGING

All of our headpieces will be carefully wrapped and put in a custom made box to protect against damage during shipping and for your keepsake/storage. 

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our studio. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to an incorrect address given by the customer during order processing.
